Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder/Agency must attach Valid Labour Licence issued by Labour Department

Bidder/Agency must enclose transaction turnover letter for min 5 that is 2021 to 2025-26 years which shall be certified by Charted Accountant

Bidder/Agency must enclose experience certificate (duly signed by Executive Engineer) having one, year experience in providing such services to any offices in these years (2021-22 to 2025-26) (50 Percentage of Tender Amount)

Bidder/Agency must attach duly registered ESI & EPF Registration Certificates

Bidder/Agency must endorse GST Registration Certificate

Bidder/Agency must attach difference amount DD/FDR/BC from Nationalized bank or Scheduled bank in the name of Chief Officer TMC Mahalingpur, TMC Mahalingpur, if the bidder quotes below amount to service charges amount

Bidder/Agency must endorse Solvency Certificate or Bank Guarantee certificate from any Nationalized Bank of Rs. 12.91 lakhs

Bidder/Agency shall comply with all the provisions under Karnataka Minimum Wages Act, Labour Laws such as EPF, ESI and Payment of Wages etc. & provide necessary proof such as latest ESI, EPF paid challans in 2025-26 (Bidder/Agency must enclose latest paid one month challan)

Anti-Collusion and Self Declaration Certificate Regarding Not Black Listed By Any Firm/ Government Agencies in the Bond Set Out In Tender Document

For the Service charges, if the bidder quotes the rate 0 Zero rate, such kind of BIDS will be rejected without any Prior intimation
