Bidders must submit GST, PAN, experience certificates, financials, EMD documentation, and technical bid documents as per ATC. Ensure compliance with Drg. No. RFI SK 10388 and obtain OEM authorizations if required. The contract allows a 25% quantity variation and requires 30-day payment after delivery.

Submit GST certificate, PAN, experience certificates for similar Grade D20 work, financial statements, EMD/ security deposit, TE drawings or Annexures, and OEM authorizations. Ensure confidentiality of TE documents and comply with arbitration terms specified by AWEI.

Honing sticks must conform to Drg. No. RFI SK 10388; Grade D20 specification applies. Inspection occurs at Rifle Factory Ishapore; supplier must provide conformance certificates and related test reports as required by ATC.

Payment is 100% within 30 days after delivery and acceptance of the material, subject to successful inspection by CGM/RFI and confirmation of TE drawings handling.

Liquidated damages are 0.5% per week of the contract price for undelivered stores, capped at 10% of the delayed value; the extended delivery time follows the option-quantity formula defined in the ATC.

The option clause allows a variation of up to ±25%; the delivery period for additional quantity is calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum extension of 30 days.

Inspection is conducted by an authorized representative of CGM/RFI at Rifle Factory Ishapore; ensure all QA/test reports align with Drg. No. RFI SK 10388.

TE drawings, Annexures, and item specifications uploaded online must be treated as confidential; access limited to authorized personnel to prevent disclosure or unethical practices.
