• Service capability: established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance service group in INDIA; list service centers near consignee locations.
• Inspection policy: Post Supply Inspection not permitted; items are accepted based on functional test performance and calibration/warranty certificates.
• Delivery: NFC Hyderabad operates 6 days/week (Sunday and the 2nd Monday holidays); delivery allowed 09:00–15:00 on working days; report to North Gate for security checks; delivery must include complete contract details and weight/turchase details on the delivery challan.
• Eligibility: bids from Rotameter manufacturers or their authorized agencies only; must submit manufacturer authorization with bid.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Warranty: 1 year from acceptance; OEM certificates required at delivery.
• Post-delivery service: must have a robust Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance network in INDIA; provide local service centers.
• Delivery timing: 09:00–15:00, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays; only at NFC Hyderabad North Gate.
• Inspection: No Post Supply Inspection; acceptance based on functional test and calibrated/warranty documents.
