i) Contractor/Manufacturer/ Authorized dealer from manufacturing company with valid registration certificate of Class-I to Class-III up to 20.00 lakhs works (Electrical), As per G.O Ms No.21 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 13-04-2017 & As per G.O Ms No.94 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 01-07-2003. ii) Electrical contractors Electrical Grade-A License or Grade-B License.

Registration under GST.

The Bidder Satisfactory completed as a prime contractor, should have ?similar work experience? with (supply of drivers/Lights/Cables & supply and replacement of drivers/Lights/Cables as per nature of work called) i.e., 50% of estimated contract value in any one financial year of the last (10) Ten financial years within the block period.

1.0 % EMD drawn in favour of the Commissioner, CMC payable at Hyderabad in the form of Online Payment.

If the tenderer quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV. The L1 bidder shall pay A.S.D after tender allocation for the remaining less percentage. If the tenderer who ever quoted less below 25% of ECV should upload the undertaking letter. Undertaking Format is enclosed in the terms and conditions

Consent Letter (The successful bidder (L1) should execute the work or supply, Repair, Replacement of items within 10 days from date of LOI if fails awarded work automatically get cancelled)

The bidder should submit Declaration that they would provide NABL Certified or equivalent Lab Reports for supplied items if work is alloted.

The bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent of the State/Central Government Department undertakings. (As per G.O.Ms.No.66, dt:20.04.2015)

Caste Certificate to be submitted by the bidders for reservation works. Evaluation will be done strictly based on relevant reservation GOs (Caste certificate issued by the Telangana Government to be uploaded) (Upload the original copy for clarity)

For reservation works: 1 percent EMD is exempted. However, the EMD is recoverable in the first bill itself
