1. Valid contract registration of Class-IV registered of the concerned circle only / class-III or above registration as per G.O.Ms.No.94 I&CAD dated 01-07-2003 and G.O.Ms.No.130 dated 22-05-2007. 2. DDs should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC otherwise tenders will be rejected summariely. 3. DDs should be drawn in Nationalized banks only 4. Should submit VAT Registration and Pancard 5. In case of societies latest audit report, society registration should be submitted 6. All above certificates and DDs should be uploaded in proper and same has to be submitted in the office within scheduled time and date 7. EMD is exempted to the SC, ST and Vaddera Labour contract societies for reserved works only 8. The tenderer will be disqualified if not satisfy the above any one or all conditions. 9) Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 10) Those who are completed Contractor Registration validity period are not eligible for participating tenders 11) DD should be Scanned for the remaining less percentage if the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of bidding. DDs should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC 12) The societies are not exempted from paying of EMD who having Rs.20.00 Lkahs works on hand 13) The societies have to furnish the list of works on hand with their value 14) The societies have to pay EMD invariably beyond Rs.20.00 Lakhs works on hand 15) The societies have to pay EMD for reserve works also beyond Rs.20.00 Lakhs works on hand 16) Limited to a ceiling of two works for each society as per G.O.Ms.No.475 dt. 28-08-1989 and as resolved by the Standing Committee, GHMC in its resolution No.453 dt. 05-01-2011. 17). Societiesy are requested to furnish the hand on works list. 18). The 1% EMD on amount put tender drawn in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC at Nationalized Bank must be drawn after tender notification date and DDs must be uploaded concerned work only otherwise the tenderer will be disqualified and the tender will be allotted for the next qualified tenderer. 19) Relavent DD only accepted for each work. At a time single work will be given to the Labour Cooperative Contract Societies and individuals of SCs/STs/Waddera/Sagara communities. No second work will be given unless the work on hand already entrusted to them is completed to the extent of 50% as certified by the Executive Engineer. (As per G.O.Ms.No.29, Dt.26-05-2017, I&CAD (reforms) Department). 5. Works on hand should be given by Contractor / agency through self decleration same to be uploaded. 6. Societies to upload Final Audit Report for the year 2016-17. 7. Please upload Contractor?s Cell No. and e-mail ID for ready correspondence. (Compulsory) 8. (a) Class-IV Contractors of GHMC, registration only is considered. (b) Other Departments Registration Class-III & above only are eligible. 9. The bidders who have quoted more than 25 percentage less, shall invariably upload the ASD in the shape of DD in favour of Commissioner, GHMC, along with the tender, failing which their tender will not be considered. 10. Annual Turn over Report certified by CA for the last 10 financial years ie., from 2007-08 to 2016-17. 11. The tenders will be evaluated strictly in terms of G.O.Rt.No.85 Dt.17-02-2017, MA&UD, Government of Telangana. 12. Works on hand for bid capacity. (3AN-B) must be more than bid capacity. (G.O.Rt.No.85 Dt.17-02-2017, MA&UD, Government of Telangana). 13. Contractors are requested to kindly note the circular instruction communicated by Superintending Engineer, QCC, GHMC, Circular No.SE(QCC)/GHMC/2017/1635 Dt.08-05-2017. This copy is attached in ZIP File. The contractors have to abide by this stipulation and invariably submit the MOU.

Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above mentioned work from the Contractors/Contracting firms registered in any Government Department. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Andhra Pradesh i.e., www.eprocurement.gov.in. 2. Approximate Estimate Contract value of work : AS PER NIT 3.Contractors would be required to register to the e-procurement Market place www.eprocurement.gov.in and submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 4. Any further information can be obtained from the Executive Engineer, Quthbullapur Circle 5. Period of completion of work: 2 months 6. The bidders can view/down load the tender documents from the e market place. 7. The dates stipulated in the tender notice are firm and under any circumstances they will not be relaxed unless officially extend. 8. The tendering opening authority will not consider any tender received after expiry of date and time fixed (As specified in NIT) for receipt of tenders. 9) Tenders shall furnish declaration that they have not been blacklisted in any department in Andhra Pradesh. Any wrong declaration in this regard which comes to notice at a later date will disqualify them and the tenders so received will be rejected. 10. Online payment through credit card towards tender transaction fee (@ 0.03% of estimated contract value plus 10.30% Service tax) drawn in favour of M/s C1 India (P) Ltd., Hyderabad in the form of DD payable to M/S C1 India Pvt. Ltd., New (0.03% of ECV + 12.36% as Service Tax) 11. The Executive Engineer, Quthbullapur Circle have right to cancell or postonement of any or all tenders without any reason at any time. 14. Latest VAT Registration Certificate & IT 15. The successful tenderer has to approach the Division office, Executive Engineer, Quthbullapur Circle, GHMC to collect the intimation letter or they can collect the intimation letter on their own eprocurement ID and also requested to submit the uploaded DD 1% including 1 1/2% balance EMD and ASD (if quoted more than 25% on amount put to tender) in favour of Commissioner, GHMC in the Shape of DD to the Executive Engineer, Quthbullapur Circle, GHMC along with required documents for concluding agreement within a week from the date of opening of tender, otherwise the tender may be deemed to be cancelled no responsibility will be held on Department. Note: Submit the documents including DD's which are uploaded by the contractor to this office one hour before tender opening date & time.
