Procurement Opportunity: Operation of Cafeteria opposite to the Civil Engineering Department at Jnanabharathi campus, Bangalore University, Bangalore in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of Karnataka Public Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

All the Terms and conditions has to be followed as per Tender Documents and the Documents must be uploaded in Pdf and excel format only.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The cost of the Tender Processing shall not be refundable.

The EMD & Tender processing fee shall be paid as specified in the tender document through Karnataka public procurement portal only as per the e-procurement rules

The EMD and Security Deposit are liable to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event of any evasion, refusal or delay on his/her part in signing the contract form. The other Terms and Conditions are as stipulated Standard Tender Document of Government of Karnataka

Bidder has to qoute the rates excluding GST, Electricity and Water supply bill andt the Government and the Contractor are abide to any increase or decrease in GST during agreement period

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the documents before approval and all the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise tender will be rejected.

Contractor should adhere to HSE (Health Safety Environment) policy and Environmental policies applicable for the projects.

Contractors are responsible for ensuring Safety and also whole & Sole responsibility for any injury or risk factors of workers/Peoples
