A valid copy of KPWD class-IV & above Contractor Registration certificate.

The requisite Earnest Money Deposit e-Cash.

Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate.

Valid GST registration Certificate mandatory.

A valid copy of ST Caste certificate issued by Tahsildar of the concerned Taluka duly attested by the Gazetted officer.

The contractor belonging to the Scheduled Tribe shall be the domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile certificate of bidder for applying to works shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document.

To qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have required bid capacity. To calculate Bid capacity it will require financial turnover in last five years period i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10 percent each year. i.e., FY 2026-27.

The Available bid capacity of the Tenderer must be as per Tender Notification qualification criteria 2. The statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works list should be enclosed for having with all department for considering Balance cost of the work in hand for considering Bid Capacity.
