Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

1. Copy of Contractors valid registration of under appropriate Class.

2. Copy of PAN card along with a copy of latest Income Tax returns for the Ay-2024-25 (Saral)

3. Copies of GST registration.

4. Self declaration by the agency / Contractor works in hand till date for evaluation of 3AN-B.

5. The contractor / agency is to submit the annual turnover (Civil Contract Works only) certificate for consecutive last ten Financial years i.e (FY 2015-16 to 2024-25) duly certified by the charted accountant and on the letter head UDIN number is must be provided and the turnover is match in the online, variations of the turnover in the online the tender will be rejected.

6. Form 26AS to be uploaded and IT Saral statement along with Profit & Loss sheet, Balance sheet in support of turnover (it should be match with the Turnover otherwise tender will be rejected).

7. The bidders must & should be upload the Form 26AS along with profit & Loss sheet for highest value of the Turnover. Otherwise, Which will be submitting of Form 26AS, that will be match with turnover certificate, the same only considered.

8. Works on hand for bid capacity. (3AN-B) must be more than bid capacity.

9. The catch pits must be constructed using Cement concrete only, with PCC M15 grade.

10. For Reserved individual SC, ST Contractors & Waddera / Sagara are exempted from payment of EMD only for the reserved items of works and for other items of works they have to pay 1% EMD, latest audit report also to be attached for the year 2024-25 failing which tender will not be accepted. In case individual contractor the Caste Community Certificate submitted.

11. The RMC MoU & QCI should be furnished within 6 Months7 days from before entering to the Agreement, if not given, the tender will be cancelled without further intimation (Circular enclosed).

12. The RMC Plant shall have valid QCI certificate with regular audits carried as per the norms. In case of new RMC plants, it the application is made for QCI certificate within 6 months from the date of NIT. The MoU hall be valid.

13. Due to emergency nature of the works, the allotted works must start immediately to complete in stipulated time.

14. The labour societies have to upload latest audit report.

15. For reservation works copy of latest cast certificate (Issued by the Telangana State) should be uploaded, otherwise participated bidders will be rejected.

16. Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

17. Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bills and ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delay in payment of part bills.

18. For all work costing Rs.20.00 lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., First and Final bill No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstances.

19. Violation of the any above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

20. Agreement shall be concluded within seven (7) days after allotment of work failing which the work allotted will be cancelled.

21. Work is of urgent nature must be started immediately.

22. Contractor name, address and phone number must be uploaded.

23. The L1 bidder shall be paid corpus fund immediately within 3 days

1) Tendered should have minimum (1) one owned / Leased Tractor Vehicle / TATA Ace vehicle (or) Equivalent vehicle should have year of the manufacture on or after 2015.

2) The Tenderer should submit copy of R.C. Book in complete shape with up-to-date tax paid and fitness certificate as issued by the R.T.A Authority for all the vehicles engaged. Third party insurance certificate should be submitted for the entire vehicle engaged. Pollution clearance certificate should be submitted for all the vehicles regularly throughout contract period.

3) The online copies like (R.C. Book, Fitness, Insurance etc.,) will be not accepted, Only Original Xerox copies are accepted and the every document will be verified on online RTA port. If any variations the tender will be rejected without intimation.

4) Contractor should insure the Third Party Insurance coverage for all the vehicles are eligible which are registered.

5) Drivers should have valid Driving License and submit the Aadhaar card copy.

6) The expenditure of vehicle repairs, maintenance, oil & fuel, wages of Drivers and cleaners and other incidental charges should be born by the contractor only.

7) The contractor is fully held responsible for the accidental/incidental damages to the movable and immovable properties occurred by their vehicles.

8) The tenderer must submit the Aadhaar card copies of all the labour to be deployed.
