General Particulars

8.1.1. If a bidder (OEM only) falls under the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, then a copy of the registration certificate must be provided to SBPDCL authority. The certificate must be in line with the scope of work as mentioned in this RFP.

8.1.2. Mention that Further, the bidder must keep SBPDCL authority informed of any change in the status of the company.

8.1.3. SSI units (OEMs only) registered with BSPHCL/SBPDCL/NBPDCL/BSPTCL will be exempted from Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

8.2.1. The Bidder shall bear all costs and expenses associated with preparation and submission of its bid including post-bid discussions, technical and other presentations, etc. and SBPDCL will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process

8.3.1. Chief Engineer (Project-1) Urban, SBPDCL will be the competent authority for this contract. The Competent Authority shall have the right to modify scope of work and deliverables at the time of the award of the contract. Such modifications will be discussed and agreed with the preferred bidder.
