Certificate issued by Chartered Accountant that the bidder has not availed or applied for the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)

The information on ?existing commitments? with supporting certificates along with Statement-IV given in bid document

The availability of key/ critical construction equipment existing leased / owned on a non-Judicial stamp paper of worth of Rs 100/- along with Statement-V given in bid document
