Bidders must meet OEM/OES eligibility with HYDRO POWER CORPORATION and submit manufacturer authorization if bidding through a distributor. Prepare GST-compliant invoicing, GSTIN, LR/GR copies, and ensure interchangeability with NTPC site inventories. The payment terms follow GeM standards, and delivery is on a FOR basis to NTPC site stores.
