Payment Shall Be made based on Collection of Property tax or Financial status of Town Municipal Council Naragund General fund

Corrigendum / Modifcations / Correction, if any, will be published in the KPP-Portal only

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected

The Tenderer shall scan Original Work done certifcates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specifed by the employer and attach the scanned fe to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verifcation within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Tender Inviting Authority reserves thwithout assigning any reason or what so ever right to reject any or all Tenders

The Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Un Successful Tenderer EMD Amount will be return after completion of successful tenderer document verifcation and TMC Administration/Council Tender approval

The bid winner shall be the bidder who offers the HIGHEST PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE that the bidder will keep with Chief Ofcer, TMC, Naragund
