It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

This Tender is Invited Operating and Maintenance of Acrylic Volleyball Court in District Staduim in Bengaluru South District for a Period of 2 Years but The tendered shall quote the bid amount in KPPP Portal for a period of one year (inclusive of applicable taxes)

The annual amount payable by the successful bidder for First Year is The bid amount quoted by the successful bidder (inclusive of applicable taxes

The bidder quoting the highest annual bid amount shall be declared the successful bidder

The annual amount payable by the successful bidder from the second year onward is Bid amount Plus 5 percent increment plus applicable taxes
