Financial turnover Certificate from last Three years From 2023-24 to 2025-26

Income tax return filed and Balance sheet by the service provider for the last 3 Years Fy 2023-24 to 2025-26

Outsource Service Tenderer should upload the NOC from the Head of the office detailing of Number of dues of Salaries, ESI and PF.

Past Experience certificate as prime Agency

Should be registered in Labour department, EPF, ESI, IT, GST, PAN, ISO issued by the Competent authority.

Tenderer shall enclose all documents concerned to technical bid as Annexure 1 and rate shall be quoted in Annexure 2 i.e financial bid. If the technical bid is accepted, then only financial bid will be opened.

Tenderer should produce a valid solvency certificate obtained from any Nationlised Bank for this purpose for Rs. 5.00 Lakh

The latest certified returns and no due certificate relating to payment of EPF and ESI pertaining to outsource working in any department/organisation from the concern department.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should have Supply of 50 persons per year to the Govt/Semi Govt

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer Supply of labourers to Govt/Semi Govt atleast 50 persons per year.
