Completed successfully at least minimum ONE DPR Project cost of Rs.860.29 lakhs Similar nature of work in any one year of during past five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 for Govt Dept projects only. Consultant should submit the previous Projects designs and drawings. Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished.

The Consultant Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous Projects and Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects Agency/Supplier should be upload Affidavit on Rs 100 Bond Paper stating that No misappropriation of fund, No criminal case and No Black list. Put the Name of work or Indent no in the bond paper is compulsory
The Consultant shall preferably Own a Full Fledged NABL Laboratory or MOU with NABL accredited Labourtory within karnataka. With all the relevant equipments photos, bills/invoice, calibration certificates and necessary documents to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes. CTM, Rebound hammer is manodatory.
To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have financial turnover in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved minimum financial turnover of Rs. 6.88 Lakhs in any two financial years in Consultancy Services. The profit and loss accounts statements duly signed by the CA with UDIN no.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

DPR amount will be changed as per the schedule. Payment will be consider on only Civil works related.
Agency should submit the self declaration not in BLACK LIST on Rs.100 Stamp paper.
The financial proposal is only in percentage. (The bidder shall quote not exceeding to 0.50%)
GST is applicable as per privileged rules.
Detailed estimate is construction building including Compound, Water supply & Sanitation works, Electrification works and including Dining, Kitchen materials and furnitures etc as per requirement and as directed by the higher authorities and executive in charge of work.
Agency should follow As per Annexure-1 conditions for preparation of DPRs is compulsory
Staff details compulsory required staff is must, if agency will failure submit the required staff details tender will be cancelled.
The Financial proposals quoted same rates by the agencies. The L-1 Agency is selected by Lottory infront of Agencies. This condition is accepted by the All agencies.
