1Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the
past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
2Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for
corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
3It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
4EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
5Bidder Must be an Authorized Seller / Distributor
6Tenderer should quote rate inclusive of GST
7The Tender Processing Fee shall not be refundable
8before Quoting the rates tenderer should read the bid document carefully
9Bidder must have service center with in the buyer district
10No advance payment shall be made. Payments will be processed only after satisfactory supply, inspection, and submission of required documents, subject to fund availability.
11Payment for the supplied materials shall be made subject to the availability of funds with the department. The successful bidder shall not claim any interest or compensation for delay in payment arising due to non-availability of funds
12The successful bidder shall continue to supply materials as per the work order and instructions of the department without interruption, In case the bidder fails to maintain the required supply as stipulated, such failure shall be treated as a breach of contract, and the Security Deposit (SD) shall be liable for forfeiture, either in part or in full, as decided by the department.
13The bidder shall submit a duly notarized affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value, affirming that they have read and fully understood all the terms and conditions of the tender document and agree to abide by them without any deviation (Note:Bidder should metion all conditions in the tender documents) Any deviation/non subbmmission bidder will be not conisdered in tenchnicla bid

15The successful bidder shall supply the vehicle along with all standard accessories, tool kit, spare wheel, registration documents, insurance, and warranty certificates.
16The vehicle shall be registered in the name of Chikkanahalli Gram Panchayat and delivered at the designated location.
17The supplier shall provide basic operational and maintenance training to the driver/operator.
18All free services offered by the manufacturer shall be provided without additional cost.
19The successful bidder shall furnish the prescribed Performance Security before issue of supply order.
20The bidder shall quote and supply only the vehicle make, model, and brand specified in the tender document or an equivalent/higher specification model approved by the Gram Panchayat. The vehicle offered shall strictly conform to all technical specifications prescribed in the tender schedule. No deviation from the required technical specifications shall be permitted without prior written approval of the Gram Panchayat.
21The bidder shall submit detailed manufacturer brochures, technical data sheets, and specification documents along with the bid for verification. Any vehicle found not complying with the prescribed specifications at the time of inspection or delivery shall be rejected, and the bidder shall replace the same at their own cost without any additional financial implication to the Gram Panchayat.
22The Gram Panchayat reserves the right to verify the specifications from the manufacturer and reject the bid or supplied vehicle if any information furnished by the bidder is found to be false, misleading, or non-compliant with the tender requirements.
23EMD exemption shall be allowed only to the Original Manufacturer possessing a valid NSIC registration. NSIC registration submitted by any bidder other than the Original Manufacturer (such as dealers, distributors, traders, or authorized agents) shall not be considered for EMD exemption, and such bidders must submit the prescribed EMD
