Open Tender for Providing Services of Senior Analyst (Chemical and Micro Biology), Junior Analyst (Chemical and Micro Biology), Analyst (Chemical), Sample Cell Incharge, Water Sample Collector and House Keeper (Chemical and Micro Biology) on Outsource basis for District and Taluka Laboratory of Rul Drinking Water Supply & Sanitation Division Karwar in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The firm/Agency must have minimum experience of 3 years in providing man power services for any State / Central Government departments / State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies. Submit the Individual/firm/Company registration certificates by the competent authority

The firm should have minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 71.05 Lakhs in any 2 years in last 5 years 2020-21 to 2024-25 Certified copy of Consolidated financial turnover by Chartered Accountant firm shall be submitted along with Profit & Loss or Income & Expenditure statements.

Should have provided Man power services in Providing services of Lab Employess in last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) in any State Government/Central Government departments/ State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies of minimum total contract value not less than Rs. 35.00 Lakhs. (Firm/Agency needs to submit the certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent shall be submitted for justification of work done.)

Satisfactory provided Man power Services in Providing Services of minimum 10 nos of Lab Employee in at least one financial year in last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) (Firm/Agency needs to submit the certificates issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent shall be submitted for justification of work done.)

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Provident Fund (PF) Registration Certificate : (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

ESI department Registration Certificate : (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Acceptance/Cancellation of the tender is reserved by Executive Engineer without giving any reasons for the same

Bidder should quote only service charges in terms of percentage

The bidder shall quote a minimum service charge of 3% the bidders quoting below 3% shall be held ineligible and disqualified from the process of tender evaluation

In case same Service Charge is claimed by two or more eligible bidders The Contractor will be selected by Random procedure by Picking up Lots. OR contractor with more Financial Turnover in Last Five Years (2021-22 to 2025-26) will be considered for selection of bid. The Final selection of these condition mentioned in this document will be subject to Executive Engineer RDWSD Karwar Decision.

Negative value of service charge are not Accepted

The agency shall pay the salaries of employees three (3) months in advance

All other terms & conditions are as per the bid document

The Agency shall submit Rs.100 Bond for Establishing their office in Uttara Kannada District
