Scope is strictly supply of goods (PREFILZ 2082 EPOXID-PETP-FILZ PREPREG) with dimensions 2.2TK × 630 mm wide or equivalent. Installation, if covered, will be as per contract terms; otherwise, delivery-only scope applies.

GST is the bidder’s responsibility; reimbursement follows actuals or the quoted rate, whichever is lower. Invoices must be raised in the consignee name with the consignee GSTIN, and GST portal payment confirmation must be uploaded.

Eligibility includes valid PAN and GSTIN, bank EFT mandate, and the ability to supply the specified prepreg material. Compliance with inspection clauses and submission of required bid documents as per ATC is mandatory for bid evaluation.

The option clause permits up to 25% quantity adjustment; additional time is calculated as (increased quantity / original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days. If the base delivery period is under 30 days, the minimum applies to all extensions.

Bidders must upload scanned GST invoices and GeM portal payment confirmations; ensure the invoice is raised in the consignee name with the consignee GSTIN and attach the GST portal screenshot as proof of payment, per ATC requirements.
