Any objections by the participating bidders on the technical bid evaluation / disqualification made by the tender inviting authority shall be made 2 days before of opening of price bid (Date mentioned in NIT) and proper acknowledgement shall be obtained invariably. The representation / petition received after the specified time and date shall not be entertained. 01. Eligible class for contractor registered as mentioned above. 02. The estimated contract value of the work is Rs.1981815.00 03. Evaluation as per GOMs.No.66, dt. 20-04-2015 04. Payment EMD of as per GOMs.No.14 & 15 IT & EC Department dt. 18-09-2017 & 29-09-2017 only and DDs are accepted. 05. 2.50% EMD for the NIT is is exempted. However, as per GOMs.No.29 I & CADD, dt. 26-05-2017 & GOMs.No.59, I & CADD (Reforms) Deptt, dt. 21-05-2018, the EMD will be recovered from the running bills after incurring expenditure of 25% of the concerned work. 06. The cost of tender document is dispensed with; 07. The bidders can download the tender documents at free of cost. 08. The validity of tender is 90 days from the last date of submission of bid online. 09. The bidders should submit and upload documents which are kept mandatory in the NIT. 10 Even during the execution of work, if it is found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificate or documents pertaining to qualification criteria or any other aspect, he / she / firm will be black listed and his / her / its contract will be terminated. 11. Tender inviting / receiving authority reserves the right to postpone / cancel / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons so ever. 12. No tender shall bar any cause of action or claim against any officer of the department. 13. Tenders upto 15% less than the estimate rates may be accepted, but for tenders which are less by more than 15% of the estimate, a DD for the difference between the tendered amount and 85% of the estimate contract value should be taken so that the tenders leaves the work midway and the department is forced to call for tenders for the work once again, the DD shall be used to finance the re-tendered work. 14. Processing fee Rs.2000/- shall be paid through online A/c No.37342596656, IFSC Code SBIN0020780 of SBI ZPP Branch, Khammam. 15. Tenders with an excess of 0% and above shall summarily be rejected. 16. An aspirant individual / society participating in e-procurement tender shall be registered within the erstwhile Khammam district and registered for all departments as per guidelines communicated vide GOMs.No.29, dt. 26-05-2017 & GOMs.No.59 I & CADD (Reforms) Deptt, dt. 21-05-2018. 17. The aspirant individual / society must be registered under AP / TS cooperative society Act and registration will be inforce. 18. If there is no response from the individual / society for the earmarked works, the same may bee invited under General category in the 4th call. 19. No work experience is required. 20.At a time single work will be given to the individual / society. No second work will be given unless the work on hand already entrusted to them is completed to the extent of 50% as certified by the concerned EE in any department. 21. In case of there is no eligible ST individual contractor applying for this work, then only ST cooperative societies will be considered vide Memo.no.8355/Reforms/2018, dt 03-10-2018 of Special CS to Govt I & CADD.

The tenderer is subjected to be black listed and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/statements/certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and / or financial failures and /or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and had quoted unreasonable high bid prices. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated.
