Invitation to Bid - Providing assistance for housekeeping, loading and unloading of materials and other store activities at Jog central stores and assistance in maintenance works of department vehicles at Jog and Kargal garages for a period of 01 year and extendable for one more year based on performance of agency in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Agency has to quote rate as per the minimum wage prescribed by GOK excluding GST & inclusive of all other charges.

The bidder has to quote for all the items of the tender. Partially/partly quoted price bids will not be considered for evaluation.

Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable.

Tender is of two cover system.

Bidders, who have not registered in e-procurement portal, may do so by registering through Website: www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in.

The quantity mentioned/indicated in tender may vary depending on the final requirement at the time of placing work order. KPCL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any or all the certificate furnished by any or all the tenders from the authorities who have issued the same. If it is found that any of the agency or agencies have furnished falls certificates/information, the tenders submitted by them are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall quote in Indian Rupees only.

Right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason is reserved by the undersigned.

Condition tenders will not be accepted

After evaluation of technical bid, the bids of the bidder who meet the PQR of the Tender/bid in complete manner will be accepted and only such bidders financial bid will be opened.

Terms & Condition, Section I to IV, Declaration 1, Form of bid are part of the tender document.

Certificate of MSME with NSIC under Single Point Registration for EMD exemption is not accepted for this tender. Hence the bidder shall ensure credit of tender processing fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-procurement on or before the last date of bid submission.
