3. Copies of previous purchase orders/LS agreements towards execution of subject or similar work during last 5 years. (Mandatory)

4. List of items quoted on the firm/company letterhead duly SIGNED AND SCANNED along with brands if any and complete specifications along with PAYMENT TERMS. (Mandatory)

5. The Firm should produce competent certificate for conducting Testing of the Argon Gas Cylinders as per department of PESO. (Mandatory)

8. Valid EPF registration certificate (optional)

5. Copies of atleast one previous purchase order/LS agreement with issuing authority signature towards execution of subject or similar work during last 5 years. (Optional)

1.Not withstanding anything stated above, TGGENCO reserves the Right to assess the bidder's capability to execute the work, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in overall interest of TGGENCO.

2. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will be rejected.

3. All and any disputes or differences arising out of or touching this contract shall be decided only by Courts or Tribunals situated in Hyderabad or Secunderabad cities. No suit or other legal proceedings shall be initiated elsewhere.
