Government Tender Published for Analyzing the existing and proposed UGD system by Conducting detailed survey, preparation of Hydraulic design, Structural designs and Drawings for civil structures of the UGD system components, preparation of DPR for 2nd stage UGD scheme to Malur city under deposit contribution works of CMC, Malur city in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder should quote the srates excluding GST. GST will be reimbursed separately.

Latest copy of the Income Tax return filed mentioning the PAN Nos shall be uploaded

GST Registration certificate shall be uploaded

The Consultant Firm must be valid licensed Sewer Gem/ equivalent software for Design and Investigations for Water supply scheme

The service provider shall have at least in the last five financial years experience for carrying out at least one or more assignments in Water Supply/ UGD projects involving survey & design consultancy by using Water Gem & Sewer Gem Software work of value not less than Rs.14.00 lakhs in any government/ semi government organisations.

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Rs. 56.00 lakhs in at least one financial years during the last 5 financial years reckoned back from 2020-21 duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per annum. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished.
