Work experience:- The bidder must have supplied, Installated, Commissioned and got Taken-over directly or through any turnkey agency to any Indian Power Utility / Government Organization in the last 5 (Five) financial years i.e. up to March 2022. Firm shall have to submit Work completion Certificate or copies of un-priced/priced Work orders and proof of actual delivery and work (including installation, commissioning, and testing with proper communication) completion certificate from the client such as execution status of each order supported

Bidder's capability: The bidder must establish its capability by submitting report which must clearly mention the production capacity of the bidder as on the date of NIT submission. Bidder must also submit an affidavit regarding genuineness of the report

Annual Production: The bidder must submit Annual reports/certificate issued by CA, clearly mentioning the annual production during the last 5(Five) Financial years

Type Test: The Type test certificate issued within past (5) five years as on date of NIT opening from CPRI/NTH/ERDA will be accepted. Submitted type test must confirm to relevant IS

Registration Certificate :- Documentary evidence regarding category of the manufacturer (Micro/ Small/ Medium/ Large) like Registration Certificate issued by SSI/ NSIC/ Directorate of Industries, etc.

Quality assurance or international standard accreditation: - Possession of quality assurance or international standard accreditation.

Notorised Affidavit as per enclosed format

Details of plant and machinery & testing facility to be furnished. List of various testing equipments, capacity, cost and validity of calibration etc. shall be furnished with the tender
