Experience Certificate of identified Sub Contractor (Electrical/PHE) will be valid. Experience Certificate should be issued by at least Executive Engineer and equivalent officer. It is Mandatory to Attached Mutual Affidavit & Registration Certificate of Sub Contractor.

( c ) BIDDING CAPACITY ( BC=AxNx3-B) SHOULD BE MORE THAN BOQ.

Character Certificate of identified Sub Contractor(Electrical/PHE) will be valid.Experience Certificate Should be issed by at least Exectutive Engg and Equivalent officer.It is Mandatory to Attached Mutual affidative and Registration & Experience Certificate of Sub Contractor.

Submit Certificate: The bidder/manufacturer, acting as the primary contractor, shall have successfully supplied and installed at least one Class-I or Class-II certified (by World Athletics, formerly IAAF) synthetic athletic full PUR eight-lane 400m track in India during the last five years.

Experience certificate for the construction of at least one indoor stadium using a prefabricated building, or for the construction of a prefabricated/M.S. steel truss building with a span of not less than 20 meters in India, completed within the last five years.

Experience certificate for the construction of at least one natural or synthetic football ground, compliant with Khelo India Guidelines and/or FIFA Guidelines, including FIFA Quality Certification, completed within the last five years.

If the primary bidder does not meet the specific conditions for Indoor Stadium and Football Stadium, including the required experience in the specialized scope of work for the construction of sports infrastructure as mentioned above, then the bidder is required to submit a binding subcontractor agreement with a specialized agency that possesses the necessary experience credentials to comply with the requirements of this scope. Such a subcontractor must comprehensively meet all the requirements/qualification conditions for the respective scope independently and not as part of a joint venture (JV). It is mandatory to submit the required completion certificates.
