Tender Notice for Providing Quality Supervision Consultancy Services as 3rd Party (third party) inspectors for materials and developmental works like improvements and construction of roads, drains, buildings works and electrical works such as street lighting, high maast etc. for works taken up by PRED Vijayanagara Dist in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Consultants should have prepared 3rd party reports for minimum of 200 civil works worth Rs.1000Lakhs.

Consultants should have annual turnover of Rs.10.00lakhs in any two financial years of previous 5 years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 and with IT Returns copy

The consultants should declare that all the particulars furnished in the tender are true, correct and complete to the best of their knowledge and belief. In the event of any information being found false or incorrect or ineligibility being detected their bids are liable for rejection in any stage of the tender process.

Consultants who have scored a minimum of 75 points are eligible for financial bid.

Consultants should have their own Laboratory and also mobile laboratory

Consultants having past experience in the preparation of 3rd party reports, are eligible to participate in the process.

The successful tenderer should submit third party inspection reports which should include GPS photographs of the project, test report photographs along with chainages.

If the Bidder have a same / equal Financial quote then the bidder whose technical score is high will be selected as a lowest bidder and selected will be invited for negotiation

As per tender workdone schedule amounting Min Rs.5.00crore Third party inspection charges compulsary in last 5 years

Minimum of one assignment is a pre-requisite for Qualification .

The consultant should submit certificate only for the consultancy fees received not project cost. (Project cost will not be considered).

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR

The number of points to be given for qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the assignment

General qualifications 35Marks, Adequacy for the project 50Marks, Experience in region & language 15Marks

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

This period will be one year
