Payments will be done as per seniority of the bid submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC
Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bill to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills
For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies in any circumstance.
The tenderer who have quoted over and above 25 percentage less over ECV the ASD amount should be paid online ( Commissioner, CMC) at the time of agreement.
A.S.D should be paid for the remaining less percentage if the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of agreement.
It returns for the year FY 2025-26 must be uploaded.
The bidder should give a declaration on a non judicial stamp paper of RS.100/- that he/she is having owned/leased batch mix type HMP 100-120TPH located within a distance of 100 kms from the work spot as per G.O. Rt. No. 77, Transport, Roads & Buildings (R.1) Dept. Dt. 27.02.2023. note Continued
Note contd...The bidder should furnish a certificate issued by an officer of cadre not less than executive engineer of any Government department regarding the working condition of batch mix type HMP 100-120TPH .
The agency must follow procedure for disposal of C&D waste as detailed in GO RT no 626 C&D waste management rules Dt 19.06.2026
The L1 contractor must submit an undertaking against illegal dumping of C&D waste at the time of concluding the agreement
The L1 agency must submit C&D waste disposal certificate for processing the payment
All civil works shall mandatorily use 10% construction materials made out of C&D waste in all Government works in CMC limits. In case of non-availability of material, a certificate shall be issued by the waste processing facilities and exemption shall be given accordingly
