Taking up/down old unserviceable CI/DI pipes from trenches/wall/floor etc for repair with all fittings incl burning out & recovering lead, 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note Excavation/earth work will be measured and paidseparately under relevent item.

All as per item No 2.00 here in before but of size 150 mm bore.

M&L for refixing/relaying of existing old DI/CI tubing of size 80 mm bore obtain from item No.2.00 here in before, in new or existing position, after cleaning external and internal, and providing with and including all new jointing materials like rubber gasket including lubricants suitable as required laid in trenches incl connecting with existing lines all as directed by Engr in charge. Note (i) DI/CI fittings if required will be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No 6.00 here in before but of size 150 mm bore, obtain from item No. 4.00 here in before.

Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of 80 mm bore Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with Spigot & Socket end, Class K 7 conforming to IS 8329/2000 suitable for (push on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Sulphur Resistant Cement and external Metallic Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Black Bitumen coating on external surfaces, laid in trenches complete.

All as per item No 10.00 here in before but of size 150 mm bore.

Note (i) Union of long screwed have to be provided at starting / end point for jointing of pipe line .

Material and labour for laying of galvanised steel (Gl) tubing 50 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked, conforming to IS 1239 (Part 1) 2004 with screwed socket joints, includings with all tube fillings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc. conforming to IS 1239 (Part 2) 2011 as required at site and also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required inserting connectors, where required or directed. laid in trenches incl connecting with existing lines all as directed by Engr in charge. Note (i) Union of long screwed have to be provided at starting / end point for jointing of pipe line . (ii) Contractor has to submit the test certificate and purchase voucher of pipes before claiming payment.

Supply & Laying 3 Layered PP R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) Pipes 32 mm Outer Dia ISI Marked PN 16, SDR 7.4 UV Stabilised and Anti Microbial Fusion Welded having Thermal Stability for Hot and Cold water Supply including all PP R Brass Threaded Polypropylene Random Fittings, comlete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing sluice valve flanged type 80 mm bore, ISI marked, as per IS 14846 2000 , with valid CMLNo. , Batch No. and Manufacturer Serial No., class PN 1.6 with brass spindle, brass check nut, with fiber board gasket, bolts, nuts and washers for fixing the valve in position, in valve pit chambers or location as directed and specified by Engr in charge. Note Contractor has to submit the test certificate and Purchase Voucher of valves before claiming the payment..

All as per item No 22.00 here in before but of size 150 mm bore of pipe .

Material and labour for ductile iron fittings for spigot & socket ductile iron pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), taper any type (straight, bend, increasing decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, cap and plug suitable for push on joints size up to 200 mm bore.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 0.9m x 0.9m x 0.9m depth (internal dimension) complete with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover angle iron frame duly painted with locking arragement including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC work complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

M&L for cement concrete ( 1 4 8) type D 2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete including demolition complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks old size straight or curved on plan to any radius exc 6m mean radius build in CM (1 6) complete including demolition all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GM globe/gate valve suitable for 50 mm bore pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron/PPR pipes, ISI marked, conf to IS including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note Union of long screwed have to be provided before fixing of gate valve.

All as per item No 33.00 here in before but suitable for 25 mm bore pipe.

S&F for straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screws) screwed bolt ends of 20 mm bore Pipe complete all as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.
