Open Tender for Shirahatti Taluk Supply of Materials to Construction of a CC Road from Chikkamat House in Bellatti Village to Rajasab Kotyal House in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be the authorized supplier of the said materials

Supplying Inter Village Integrated Lake Development The materials for the work should be products of reputed companies and should be of good quality: In case of authorized dealers/sub-dealers of the companies, appropriate documentation should be attached to the same. 205 Cannot be revised.

On acceptance of the price list the supplier shall be bound to supply the materials within the specified period to the place mentioned in the work order.

Defects are found in the supplied materials, good quality materials should be supplied immediately. No additional cost for this will be borne by the Taluka Panchayat.

EMD amount of remaining tenderers other than accepted tenderers Refunds will be made within 30 days of completion of the approval process.

Gram Panchayat has the right to reject the tender at any time without assigning any reasons.

The duration of the tender shall be from the date of approval of the tender till the completion of the said work. According to the progress of the work and the requirement of the materials, the materials shall be supplied to the work site in installments within the time period specified in the supply order issued by Gram Panchayat.

In case of delay in release of grant by the Government, neither Zilla Panchayat, Taluka Panchayat, Gram Panchayat shall be responsible for the delayed payment and no litigation regarding the payment shall be allowed.

The Gram Panchayat shall have the power to cancel the tender immediately at any stage in case of delay in supply or deficiency in quality of materials

In case of cancellation of tender at any stage, reserves the right to direct the second bidder to supply the remaining part, transfer the tender or call for re-tender.

If the successful bidder does not enter into the contract within the prescribed period after receiving the mandate or within the prescribed period the Comprehensive Art Development. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of EMD and tender conditions Even in case of violation, cancel the mandate and EMD money will be forfeited.

Award of tender The tenderer who has quoted the lowest price on the basis of the financial offer shall be considered as the successful tenderer and if necessary mandated to the tender inviting authority to negotiate for appointment with the lowest quoted tenderer. There will be authority.

The successful tenderer will be awarded the work order and after receiving the work order will have to sign a contract with the Department in the prescribed form containing the tender provisions and certain conditions imposed.

Itemwise GST will be paid separately to the contractor.
