The Bidder should be an established entity under Companies as per Corrigendum 1

The bidder must have minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 25 Lakh as per RFP

The bidder must have valid (i) PAN, (ii) Income Tax Return of three AY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

GST Certificate (Form GST REG - 06) showing the principal place of business as per RFP

GSTR 3B return field for the month of either March 2025 or GSTR 4th Quarter as per Corrigendum 1

Affidavit sworn before Public Notary / Executive Magistrate as per ?Section-XIV?. as per RFP

Proof of Satisfactory completion i.e., self-attested copy of work completion Section XV as per RFP

Letter of Authorization to sign bid as per RFP

Furnish data to support the printing capacity per day to perform the contract "Section XVII"

The bidder should operate the printing press facility along with storage space area of minimum 10000

Self-attested copy of valid rent agreement with house owner/ property owner as per RFP

If the property is self-owned, proof of ownership to be submitted as per RFP

Affidavit sworn before Public Notary / Executive Magistrate as per ?Section-XI?.

Section-XVI as per RFP

The Bidder Shall mandatorily upload photo of each machine as per RFP

Any others document if required as per RFP
