Document Requirements
The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.
Bidder must be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer of Necessary documentation proof should be submitted.
Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy.
Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code.
Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp.
Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications mentioning make and model of quoted material with catalogue if any.
Bidder should submit acceptance to provide relevant test certificate along with the material.
Bidder should provide shelf life period of minimum 5 years for the quoted material.
Bidder should submit acceptance for payment terms i.e. 100% within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition.
