SCOPE OF THE WORK 1. Complete dismantling of cartridge. 2. Inspection of all components. 3. Machining and removal of all impeller wear rings, diffuser wear rings & ring section wear rings and inspection of shaft for run out and UT. 4. Fitting and finish machining of new impeller wear rings, diffuser wear rings & ring section wear rings. 5. Removal and replacement of balance drum, Bush and other essential spares if required after joint inspection in presence of M/s TGGENCO representatives. 6. Fitting of new drum bush and finish machining. 7. Rotor assembly, with new/ refurbished essential spares as per joint inspection. 8. Dynamic balancing of rotor assembly in presence of M/s TGGENCO representatives. 9. Dismantling of rotor assembly after dynamic balancing. 10. Assembly of cartridge. 11. Radial and axial centering of cartridge assembly and thrust bearing clearance setting. 12. Any other miscellaneous works to be carried out to complete the job (cartridge) in full shape before delivery to KTPP site. 13. Boxing up of Cartridge. Terms and Conditions: 1. You are requested to send your lowest offer for above subject work and before submitting offer the firm is requested to checkup the scope of work at field thoroughly. 2. The required spares will be identified after dismantling the Cartridge by joint inspection. 3. The spares should be identified during joint inspection to be supplied by TGGENCO. 4. The work should be carried out to entire satisfaction of field Engineers. 5. The Repaired/Reconditioned Cartridge should be guaranteed for satisfactory performance against for a period of 2 years from the date of putting in to service or 3 years from the date of receipt at site in good condition, the firm shall have to arrange immediate replacement / rectification at free of charges without any obligation to TGGENCO. 6. The delivery period is 60 days after receiving new spares by firm for assembly of cartridge as per joint inspection by TGGENCO 7. The removed / worn-out items are to be returned along with repair Cartridge to KTPP 1x600MW unit. 8. All tests etc. shall be conducted as per the latest provisions. The test certificate, guarantee certificate, dimensions & clearances reports etc shall be submitted along with repaired cartridge. 9. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLOCKLISTED. 10. Transportation of material (to & fro) shall provided by respective firm.
