The bidder should have in last 5 years ie from 2021-22 to 2025-26 completed not less than 90percent of contract value as a prime contractor one similar work Construction of Bridge cum Barrages or Barrage or Weir of the costing not less than 50percent of the amount put to tender Rs.18.38 Cr in last five years The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed and commissioned, one similar work Construction of Bridge cum Barrages or Barrage or weir.

A copy of the Valid KPWD Class-I / CPWD Class-I & Above Registration Certificate

GST Registration certificate & GST Declaration Certificate

Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate with latest paid challan

Latest copy of Income Tax Returns filed. Financial Year 2024-25 Assessment year 2025-26

The intending bidder in his name should have in the last 5 years ie 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.49.01 Crores usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished FY 2026-27

Technical details containing documents with preliminary designs, working methodology in support of their bid as per the bidding document

The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish list of man-power, machinery available with them for taking up the work

The contractor should furnish the name of the individual/firm with address & telephone No. with place of registration, year of incorporation etc

Each of the documents uploaded to the e-portal, should be self-attested by the contractor or an authorized representative in case of firm/company

Bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.12.87Crore from any banks/Nationalized/ scheduled bank Credit lines letter of credit certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The format for Bankers Certificate Line of Credit BC LOC letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No FD CAM 16 2022 P-2 dated 22/08/2022

The bidder should have Own Lease equipments and machineries shall be furnished as per the Finance Department Govt Circular No.FD 263 EXP 12 2022 dated11.05.2022 Availability by owning at least 50percent of the required specified key and critical equipment for this work. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities of roadwork Irrigation works involved in construction as per MORTH specification and Irrigation manual.
