Annual turnover for the last10 years or since establishment of firm certified by the Chartered Accountant with UDI No / Statutory Consultant (OR) Experience Certificates issued by the Officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer duly countersigned by the Superintending Engineer or Equivalent Rank officers

GST Registration Certificate & Latest GST Returns Certificate of Government of Telangana. GST Returns Shall be for the preceding Quarter i.e, (3) three months before month of Tendering.

Net Liquid assets / Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 514.29 Lakhs excluding the existing commitments obtained from Nationalized / Scheduled Commercial Banks shall be equivalent to three (3) months estimated average cash flow in peak construction period in the form of Annexure ?I(B) shall be furnished.

Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement -IV-(B)

Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs 100/- as prescribed in Statement-V along with sufficient proof of documents in support of owning key and critical equipments such as Invoice / certificate of registration by the competent authority (OR) Certificate issued by the officer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer within the block period

Satisfactorily completed not less than 90% contract value as a prime contractor works under Civil Engineering works category, in any one financial year during last 10 financial years of value not less than 642.87 Lakhs

Executed the minimum physical quantities of works as a prime contract in any Two financial years during the last 10 financial years for item Cement concrete minimum quantity required is 6150 Cum
