The Tender should be a KPWD Registered Class-IV and above contractorAttach Registration Certificate

Annual Turnover Certificates of last 5 years i.e. period of 2021-22 to 2025-26 Attach Balance sheets & Profit & Loss account statements indicating the contract receipts related to civil engineering construction works duly certified by the chartered accountant.

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer should have in his name in the last five years, satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least Any Construction work of value not less than Rs. 4.02 lakhs. Attach Work done Certificate issued by competent authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

The requisite E.M.D. as prescribed in KPP portal should be submitted by the contractor.

If the contractor is a Firm, then all the partners of members of the firm shall belong to the CAT-II A as the case may be. Attach Relevant Document issued by Competent Authority

Reserved Category Certificate Attach Related CAT-II A certificate issued by competent Authority

The contractor belonging to the CAT-II A shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years.
