The bidder should give a declaration of critical equipment on a non judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- that he/she is having own/leased.

Declaration of the Agency stating that the agency have not been blacklisted/ debarred/ suspended/ demoted in any department due to any reasons.

Solvency certificate for value not less than Rs.`47.67 Lakhs from Nationalized /Scheduled Commercial Banks. As per GO Ms.No.59 of I&CAD (Reforms) Dept,Dt:21.05.2018) For class-III,IV&V, SC/ST Contractors solvency is not needed However, for Spl Class, Class-I&-II , ST /SC Contractors, Rs.`47.67lakhs solvency is to be provided).

Bid Capacity as per Formula 3 AN-B should be greater than Rs.`63.55Lakhs.
