Bids are Invited For Procurement Services in TELANGANA

The Bidder shall pay EMD for an amount of Rs.3,44,080.00 as per tender specification.

The Bidder shall upload relevant documents evidencing that the bidder is a reputed manufacturer of Transformer Oil. In case, if authorized dealer has participated in the tender, they should furnish authorization certification along with the Manufacturing certificate of their principal manufacturer.

The bidder should upload GST Registration Certificate.

Bidders have to upload the details of In-house Testing Facilities available. In case of authorized dealer, their principal manufacturer should have in-house testing facilities. An undertaking confirming the above shall be uploaded

The bidder should upload the Purchase order copies with invoices evidencing that the bidder has supplied, at least 68 KL Uninhibited Mineral Insulating Type-II T/F Oil as per IS:335-2018 and/or Class-Type-A Inhibited T/f Oil as per IEC-60296-2020, in any single year over past 3 years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26), to any Power Stations/any other Govt/Semi-Govt. /Pvt./PU org./other reupted utilities

The bidders shall enclose a Solvency certificate for an amount of Rs.61 Lakhs issued by any Nationalized bank or any Scheduled bank which is not older than 12 months from the date of availability of tender specification on e-Procurement platform.

The bidders should have an average annual financial turnover of atleast Rs.61 Lakhs during the past three (03) years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) certified by the Charted Accountant.

The bidder should upload declaration stating that ?Transportation shall be arranged by the bidder only?.

The bidder shall upload all the schedules-A to G duly filled and signed& stamped and also upload the Schedule-H Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP1, 2 & 3) duly signed and stamped.

PAN Card copy and IT returns for the last 3 years.

Any other documents as per Tender Specification.
