Invitation to Bid - CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DETAILED PROJECT REPORT FOR REPAIR & RESTORATION OF HIREANOOR BCB IN YADAGIR TALUK AND DISTRICT (UNDER 4702 APB FOR THE YEAR 2025-26) in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

A brief description of the firm/organization and an outline of recent experience on assignments/projects of similar nature executed during the last five years (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

A description of the manner in which Consultants would plan to execute the assignment, work-plan, time schedule and approach or methodology proposed for carrying out the assignment. (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

The composition of the team of personnel which the Consultant would propose to provide and the tasks which would be assigned to each team member. (To be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

Curriculam Vitae of the individual key staff members to be assigned for the assignment and of the team leader who would be responsible for supervision of the team. The curricula Vitae should be signed by the concerned personnel. (To be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents)

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

Professional fees to be quoted by the consultant shall be quoted on lumpsum basis on total amount put to tender of the project.

Form of submission of Technical proposal (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents), Form of submission of Financial proposal (to be uploaded with online tender, in the format given in Bid Documents) and other formats to be uploaded in the format given in Bid Document.

If the GST rates are revised during the contract period, the Tenderer /Employer has to accept the revised GST rates for making payment/ recovery.

Conditional tender will not be considered

The contractor has to furnish Additional Performance Security Deposit for unbalance tender as per clause 29.1 of ITT, to an amount equal to the difference in contract price and amount put to tender, in addition to 5% performance guarantee (in any of the form prescribed) while concluding the Agreement.

Designs for the work has to be Approved by the Competent Authority.

The intending bidder has to visit the site, make themselves familiar with the work being done and get duly signed site visit certificate by Assistant Executive Engineer, MI and GWD Sub-division Yadagiri. The same has to be uploaded while Applying for this Tender.

The Tenderer has to quote his rate by excluding GST. However Contract will be concluded for the amount (Exclusive of GST) but applicable GST will be paid extra prevailing at the time of execution. If the GST Rates are revised during the contract period, the Tenderer/ Employer has to accept the revised GST rates for making payment / recovery.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed and commissioned a prime consultant, at least one similar nature of work such as Consultant should have minimum experience of consultancy service for Preparation of DPR for Construction/Repair of BCB/Barrage of value not less than Rs. 0.61 Lakhs during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during 2021-22 to 2025-26). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Tenderer should have annual turnover of not less than Rs. 1.22 Lakhs in the last Five (05) financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26.
