a) The Civil Contractors having appropriate class of valid registration with Govt of Telangana The bidder should further upload: i) Bid Security / EMD should be paid through net banking/RTGS/NEFT/ Credit card/debit card (or) (OR) Unconditional and Irrevocable BG Pledged in favour of the Commissioner Metpally Municipality from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank to be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of bid Submission closing. ii) PAN Card &Latest IT returns iii) GST registration & latest Quarterly GST Returns iv) Statement VII -Litigation History v) Statement VI- Availability of the Key technical personnel as per bid document vi) Annual Turnover certificate by CA or issued by executed authority along with balance sheet as per bid document vii) Statement IV- Existing commitments and ongoing works and supporting documents as per bid document viii) Bid Capacity of Bidders as per formula (3AN-B) shall be greater than the estimated contract value. ix) Self declaration by self attestation on Non Judicial stamp paper Rs. 100/- Regarding genuineness of uploaded documents. x) The Other particulars if any required can be had from Municipal Engineer, Metpally during the office hours on all working days. xi) The Commissioner, Metpally Municipality reserves all the rights to reject any one of among the receipt of tenders without assigning any reasons at any stage.
