Contract Bidding Open For Carrying out Geotechnical investigation, Providing DPR and structural designs for Improvement & development of existing commercial establishment & construction of new stalls at Honnavar port area in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer shall furnish, as part of his tender, earnest money deposit amount of Rs.8,600.00/- through e-payment

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 1.04 Lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 ,2022-23 2023-24 ,2024-25 and 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least two financial years a Average minimum financial turn over Rs.3.43 Lakhs Turnover certificate must have UDI number, otherwise it will not be considered for further bid evaluation

Completed Consultancy Services of Similar nature of work of amount not less than Rs.1.72 lakhs in during past five years. (Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished)

Firm shall have minimum 02 years of experience in consultancy services, & MoRTH. Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished indicating the work done and the consultancy fee obtained for such projects

Shall have Marine/ Ocean Structural Design Engineers and necessary staff on the roll for Preparation of Structural design & drawings

Shall have valid and Licensed marine or Ocean Design Software, AutoCAD latest version, required office Equipment necessary for Preparation of DPR

Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous Projects

Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects

Shall have valid GST Registration and other Statutory Registrations

Quoted Rates should be exclusive of GST.
