Dak Receipt Register: 33 x 21 cm, 58 GSM white paper; Dispatch Register: ½ FC, 50±3 GSM; Peon Dak Books: ¼ FC, 100 sheets. All items must be serially numbered, with page numbers indicated, and have VPA bilingual cover with Vernish coated marble paper.

The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 25% at contract award and during the currency. Delivery time calculations follow the extended-period rule: (increase quantity/original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.
