Visit charges to attend fault of DEA Set on call basis / complaint basis on behalf of written Job order from SDE(E) concerned for different TE / BTS sites under jurisidication including attending the minor faults involving no material and submit detailed report for major fault to the Engineering -In-charge i/c fare charges to visit the site from HQ etc complete as reqd.

Pdg & Making of General Servicing of the More Than 20 KVA & Upto 32.5 KVA DEA Sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites comprising of following jobs i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete checking of E/A Set after servicing and replacement of consumables for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations etc. complete as reqd.

Pdg and Making of General Servicing of the More Than 55 KVA and up to 82.5 KVA DEA Sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites comprising of following jobs i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete checking of E/A Set after servicing and replacement of consumables for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations etc. complete as reqd.

Replacement of Oil Filter Element ( 1/2 Ltr ) in existing Different capacity and make of Engines I/c dismentling of faulty parts, fixing the new in place of faulty parts , testing etc as reqd. ( Note- Make and Model as per manufacturer recommendation )

Replacement of Diesel Filter Element ( 1/2 Ltr ) in existing Different capacity and make of Engines I/c dismentling of faulty parts, fixing the new in place of faulty parts , testing etc as reqd. ( Note- Make and Model as per manufacturer recommendation )

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator up to 55 KVA Diesel Engine alternator set by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, dismentling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Dismentalling of existing Up to 20 KVA DEA sets in sound proof canopy along with all existing accessories including disconnection of cabling, earthing strips etc. set from existing position of TE / BTS site under ED Jodhpur etc. and reparing of any damage during dismentling by making good the same etc. complete as reqd.

Dismentalling of existing More Than 55 KVA and Upto 82.5 KVA DEA Sets in sound proof canopy along with all existing accessories including disconnection of cabling, earthing strips etc. set from existing position of TE / BTS site under ED Jodhpur etc. and reparing of any damage during dismentling by making good the same etc. complete as reqd.

Loading of existing Up to 20 KVA DEA sets from Ground Floor to Loading vehicle with the help of chain pulley / Crane / Man power etc. complete as reqd.

Loading of existing More Than 55 KVA & Upto 82.5 KVA DEA Sets from Ground Floor to Loading vehicle with the help of chain pulley / Crane / Man power etc. complete as reqd.

Transportation of More Than 20 KVA & Upto 55 KVA DEA Sets along with all accessories etc from TE / BTS Site of SSA under ED Jodhpur to Store / Any Place in same SSA as directed by Engg. in Charge by transport by truck / Loading Vehicle etc. complete as reqd.

Unloading of existing DEA sets of Up to 20 KVA DEA sets from Loading Vehicle to Place of Shifting / Store along with all accessories etc as directed by Engg. in Charge with the help of chain pulley / Crane / Man power etc. complete as reqd.

Unloading of existing DEA sets of More Than 55 KVA & Upto 82.5 KVA DEA Sets from Loading Vehicle to Place of Shifting / Store along with all accessories etc as directed by Engg. in Charge with the help of chain pulley / Crane / Man power etc. complete as reqd.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of existing DEA sets of More Than 20 KVA & Upto 55 KVA DEA on existing foundation / floor at site along with Canopy & all other accessories i/c making connections, power and control cable, earthing connections etc. complete as per requirement at Site.

Labour Charges for Top Overhauling of existing DEA Sets up to 20 KVA Capacity i/c dismentalling of all parts, radiator cleaning, replacement of engine oil coolant, replacement of belts safties, meters if reqd and calibration of engine as per manufaturer reccommendations.

Transportation Charges up to 50 Km for Alternator of various capacity up to 55 KVA from Site to the nearest Workshop & back after repairing i/c Dismentling, loading, unloading, transportation, safe Handling & i/c reinstallation etc. and testing on existing load for at least one hour after commissioning of the Alternator etc. complete as reqd.

Rewinding of Main Stator winding of Alternator Capacity up to 20 KVA of existing faulty Alternator of various Makes with suitable size copper enamelled wire including providing insulation of appropriate class, varnishing, assembling i/c testing etc complete as required.

Rewinding of Main Stator winding of Alternator Capacity more than 20 KVA & upto 55 KVA of existing faulty Alternator of various Makes with suitable size copper enamelled wire including providing insulation of appropriate class, varnishing, assembling i/c testing etc complete as required.

Rewinding of Exciter Stator winding of Alternator Capacity up to 55 KVA of existing faulty Alternator of various Makes with suitable size copper enamelled wire including providing insulation of appropriate class, varnishing, assembling i/c testing etc complete as required.

Replacement / Repairing of AVR Make National or S.S. for existing faulty Alteranator upto 55 KVA Capacity i/c dismentling the faulty item, replacement by new one i/c fixing, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Replacement / Repairing of Bearing Suitable for above 20 KVA Alternator for existing faulty Alteranator upto 55 KVA Capacity i/c dismentling the faulty item, replacement by new one i/c fixing, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Providing of 4 Core 16 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to relevent IS-Specification complete as reqd. ( Note - Cable shall be provided at Site / Handed over to SSA Authority as per direction of Engg. in Charge )

Laying of one number Upto 35 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 2 X 10 sq. mm (19 mm) for PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

SITC of 32 amps four pole ON Load Side Handle operated change over switch in steel enclosure capable of working 415/500 V i/c drilling hole on the board, making connection, earthing the body etc. as reqd.
