The annual TO of intending bidder shall not be less than of Rs 994.00 lakhs in any TWO financial yrs during the last 5 yrs from 2021 22 to 2025 26 in all Classes of Civil Eng Construction works only The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing CA duly showing with UDIN along with IT return should be uploaded. The turnover of previous yrs will be updated to the present value of the year 2026 27 giving weightage of 10percent for each previous yrs turnover value

The intending bidder should satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of the contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work Construction of Irrigation Structures/Box Culvert/Syphon of value not less than 50percent of Rs 248.60Lakhs in last 5 years from 2021 22 to 2025 26.The WD certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of EE should be uploaded. The WD value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 2026 27 at 10pecent per year

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in previous 5 financial Yrs from 2021 22 to 2025 26 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer, shall be uploaded. a. Earth work and Embankment 8259Cum b. M15 grade and above grade Cement Concrete 2894Cum c. Steel reinforcement 36.84 Tonne d.WBM or WMM 1350 cum

Liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 149.50 lakhs Credit Lines or Letters of Credit or Certificates from Nationalized Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc The Contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the Nationalized banks as per prescribed formats enclosed as annexure I to the Notification

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5 minus B

The bidder firm company shud furnish details of ownership of Machinery Equipments to an extnt more than 50percent of the requirement and also shud furnish copies of lease agrimt of hiring of Machinery or Equipmnt to be deployed for work.
