Delivery period follows the original schedule; if quantity is increased up to 25%, additional time is calculated as (Additional quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Bids must include OEM Authorization Certificate and Copy of Valid Drug License; Material Test Certificate is mandatory with the supply and subject to lab acceptance criteria.

Ensure all delivered goods come with Material Test Certificates and are tested by the buyer’s lab; acceptance depends on lab results, not solely on supplier declarations; maintain traceability of EMD, FDR, or DD submissions.
