Bids are Invited For Providing Man power service (Labour Contract) to Nandini Packaging Film Plant, Munnekolalu, Bangalore for a period of two years, as per tender document. in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Total wages for the deployed man power will be paid considering ongoing minimum wages. (Exclusive of GST)

Bidder shall quote only service charge, not below 2% or else bids will be rejected. (Exclusive of GST)

Wages will be paid as per the minimum wages fixed by the Government / Labor Department. If the government revises the minimum wages under the Minimum Wages Act, the increase/decrease in wages will be paid accordingly.

The works and manpower required in the unit are estimated based on the current production in the unit and the required manpower needs to be provided according to the higher / lower production volume. Minimum wages and applicable service charges will be paid accordingly.

General Qualifications, terms and Conditions mentioned in the tender document shall be fulfilled

All other terms and conditions as per the tender document.

Bidder shall Provide relevant all documents as per the tender document.

In the event that two or more tenderers quote the same service charges, such tenderers need to present the following before the Tender Acceptance Committee, a detailed proposal outlining the Human Resource Management System proposed for the project, including the methodology for deployment and management of manpower in all shifts in compliance with applicable labour laws. And the Tender Acceptance Committee shall evaluate the tenderers based on the information furnished and presented regarding their human resource management system, attendance monitoring mechanism, financial capability, past experience, current assignments, compliance with statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, bonus, and other employee benefits. The decision of the Tender Acceptance Committee, based on the above evaluation criteria along with giving preference to the tenderer who have previously worked in KMF, shall be final and binding on all tenderers who have quoted the same service charges.
