The bidder as a prime contractor should have executed; Supply of LED street Lights (90w and above) with Erection of poles / solar LED Light (20w and above) with Erection of poles or combined (Electrical LED+Solar LED Lights 188 Nos) in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e., from 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2025.

The bidder as a prime contractor should have executed; SSL of 16 Sqm 4 Core XLPE 1100 V Aluminum cable 3100 Rmt in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e., from 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2025

The bidder should have successfully completed similar nature of works involving Street Lighting / Central Lighting / High Mast Lighting as a prime contractor with a value of Rs.83.37 Lakhs in any one Financial Year during the last ten financial years i.e., 01-04-2015 to 31-03-2025. The bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by Engineer in Charge of the State / Central Government

The bidder should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled Banks of value not less than Rs.41.69 Lakhs. The solvency certificate should be in standard format as per G.O.Ms.No.94 I & CAD Dt:01.07.2003

The Electrical Contractors having valid Registration certificate in appropriate class with the Government of Telangana as per G.O.Ms. No. 94 (as amended from time to time) with grade-A license and having experience in Solar system along with TGREDCO Registration or having MOU with manufacturers of Solar Lights

The bidder shall submit Litigation History

The bidder shall submit proof of latest payment of Professional Tax to the commercial tax department of Telangana State

The bidder shall submit a declaration as given below, on Rs. 100/- NJS paper and upload the same on e-procurement platform, which shall be part and parcel of the agreement of the work

The bidder should furnish the availability of (either owned or leased) the following Key and critical equipment required for the work (Concrete Mixer-1 No Crane / Hydraulic Lift-1 No Excavator-1 No Tractor /Tipper-1 No)

The assessed available bid Capacity of Bidders as per formula (3AN-B) shall be greater than the estimate contract value.
