Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

KPWD Registration /In case of a firm, Firm Registration Certificate along with Registration certificate from Labour Department- FORM C

EPF registration certificate with latest 12 months payment details along with paid challans

ESI registration certificate with latest 12 months payment details along with paid challans

Valid GST registration certificate.

To qualify for award of this contract, each service provider/ Bidder/tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the amount to tender under this contract. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered account should be uploaded with UDIN-14.06LAKHS

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature work Supplying of Man power for any Government projects of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer -7.03LAKHS

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have the minimum number of labours as specified / required for the particular works under his labour license along with name list and Aadhar card of every labour (No labourers below the age of 18 years & Above the age of 60 years should be deployed)-6MEMBERS

ISO 450012018 certificate OHSAS for the intending agencycompany is mandatory. ISO 90012015 certificate QMS for the intending agencycompany is mandatory

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AXNX2.5 - B WhereA Maximum value of Labor Supply Works / Civil Works executed in any one year during the last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 updated to 2026-27 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited B Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next N/12 years. Nperiod of completion of individual works for which tenders are invited Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.Audited balance sheets mentioning UDIN number should be mandatorily uploaded along with tenderfailing with which tender will be liable for rejection.

The estimated Rates are inclusive of Minimum wages, VDA Employer Contributions towards EPF and ESI and exclusive of Service charges and GST. Bidders can quote service charges as per his wish, which will be considered as tender premium limited to as stated in FD Circular Dt 30.07.2022. Negative tenders which reflects price quoted are less than the minimum wages specified in Schedule-B will be liable for rejection

If there are more than one number of eligible L1 bidder then bidder selection will be done by lottery process at Division office level and the decision of the tender inviting authority is final in this regard at the time of financial evaluation.
