BID CAPACITY- The bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total value. The available bid capacity is calculated as Assessed available Bid capacity- AxNx2.5 -B F FOR OTHERS AND AxNx5.00 -B FOR SC/ST/CAT-1/CAT-2A as per tender notification AND Valid Turnover Certificate with UDIN Number.

Copy of Income Tax returns filed mentioning PAN no. for the financial year 2025-26. Assessment year 2026-27

SC/ST/CAT-I/ CAT-IIA Category Contractors should upload a scanned copy of valid Caste Certificate Issued from competent Authority bidders as mentioned in the tender notification.

SC/ST/CAT-I/CAT-IIA Category Contractors should upload valid Domicile certificate of State of Karnataka more than 10 years issued from competent Authority.

Annual Turnover Certificate

The bidder whose quoted offer is below the amount put to tender shall furnish the additional performance security before opening of the tender between 10.00 AM to 11.30 AM on the date of opening of the bid and shall also upload the same scanned copy in kpp portal
