Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana.

Declaration of the Agency stating that the agency have not been blacklisted/debarred/suspended/demoted in any department due to any reasons.
The contractor / agency has to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate for consecutive ten years duly certified by the charted accountant on the letter head with UDIN No along with Profit & Loss sheet & Balance sheet.
The tenders will be evaluated as per G.O.MS No.294, Dt: 18-07-2020, MA&UD, Government of Telangana for the Works costing of Rs:5.00lakhs to Rs:50lakhs in which bid capacity of the agency is calculated as per formula 3AN-B and the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work..
The information given in statement-1 is to be accurate and should cover all the works on hand if any of the information given found false/fabricated and if missed any works on hand liable for panel action such as disqualification or blacklisting or determination of contractor or any other action deemed fit.
The contractor / agency has to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate for consecutive Ten years duly certified by the charted accountant
The contractor / agency is to submit the details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand in all other departments in addition to the works in GHMC in the statement-1 for evaluation of bid capacity.
Valid labour license issued by Government under Shops & Establishment Act 1988 must be enclosed.
The bidder as a prime contractor should have experience in similar nature of the work experience in hiring of Computer Operators and laptops office related works in any one financial year during the last 10 financial years.. The experience certified by State or Central Government Departments / Undertaking /Organizations /Autonomous Bodies etc., issued by an officer of cadre not less than the rank

Eligibility Criteria: a) i) Class I. GO Ms No.94 Electrical Govt. of TS. ii) Electrical contractors Electrical Grade A License. b) PAN Card. c) Registration of GST. d) The Bidder Satisfactory completed as a prime contractor, should have work experience in Octagonal poles / MS Tubular poles i.e., 50% of estimated contract value in any one financial year of the last (10) Ten financial years within the block period. The bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent of the State/Central Government Department undertakings. (As per G.O.Ms.No.66, dt:20.04.2015) e) 1.0 % EMD drawn in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC payable at Hyderabad in the form of Online Payment/ Challan Generation. f) The Tenderer who have quoted less than 25% or equal less of the ECV Should upload Undertaking letter. Format is enclosed. The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25% less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (DD with Correct ASD amount must be uploaded).
