The consultancy firm must have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover at least any two financial years of Rs 2.00 Crores Two Crore only in last 5 years Consultancy Services fee only in support of this, the consultant shall furnish the financial turnover along with certified copies of the Audit Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN

The consultancy firm must have registered with ESIC & EPF, GST must have ISO 9001 2015 Certificate

The consultancy firm shall have Own Mobile Laboratory for Quality Analysis. Copy of the ownership doc. The photograph of the mobile lab with insurance Should be enclosed

The consultant should have OWN MOU NABL accredited material testing Laboratory NABL certificates must be submitted
