Any queries related to the pre-bid meeting shall be sent to RCF via email at [email protected]/ [email protected] least 2 (two) days prior to the scheduled pre-bid meeting. Bidders may also participate in the pre-bid meeting through Video Conferencing (VC). Bidders intending to participate through VC shall submit their request at least 2 (two) days before the meeting along with the queries if any. The VC meeting link will be shared with such bidders accordingly.
